We provide a full range of medical services to help optimize your health and your family's health.

We believe in the partnership between patient and physician, patient education and proactive involvement is essential for optimal care. Our staff works with each patient to design a one on one health care treatment plan. Our providers take pride in offering a dynamic and personalized approach to treatment allowing each patient enough time to address all their concerns and answer all their questions.

Dr. Erin Parise She is uniquely qualified to treat patients of all ages with complex medical conditions. Erin Parise, M.D., took the unusual step of completing advanced medical training in both pediatrics and internal medicine. As a result, she specializes in treating the complex, chronic medical problems that require sophisticated coordination of care. "I spend time and listen to what my patients have to say," Dr. Parise said. "My goal is to manage their chronic conditions, and to promote health and well-being." Dr. Parise is board-eligible in both internal medicine and pediatrics. She graduated summa cum laude from Butler University, in Indianapolis. After receiving her medical degree at Medical College of Wisconsin, in Milwaukee, she completed her internship and residency training in both internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of California, in San Diego. As a resident teacher, she also taught third-year medical students and interns." During her education and training, Dr. Parise received several scholarships and awards. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. Dr. Parise enjoys spending time with her husband. Her hobbies include swimming, playing tennis, watching movies, and listening to music. She likes reading historical nonfiction and biographies.

Dr. Shaparak Kamarei Shaparak M. Kamarei, M.D., understands how issues related to your health can be rather complex. She strives to make things as easy as possible for her patients. "I chose to practice medicine because I enjoy science and interacting with people and it feels great when I can contribute to a patient's wells being," Dr. Kamarei says. "My services are customized to address the profile, medical history and lifestyle of each patient, assuring complete and total care." Dr. Kamarei provides comprehensive services for men and women, including the issues associated with aging. "When I am with my patient, they are my only concern," she says. " I follow up with patient calls and test results daily and always make myself available and easy to reach." Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Kamarei received her medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine, in Los Angeles. She completed her internship and residency at the University of California, in San Diego. Prior to moving to opening her practice, Dr. Kamarei was the associate director of the internal medicine residency program at the Cleveland Clinic, in Ohio. She has taught at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and at the University of Southern California School of Medicine. Dr. Kamarei also speaks Farsi and medical Spanish. The mother of three young sons, Dr. Kamarei is married to cardiologist Ramin Rabbani, M.D. Time away from her office is devoted to her family, watching action movies and reading murder mystery stories.
